Chapter 1
To honor and protect all women of this world, We as a Men ourselves must demonstrate that we are not an anyway superior to them, or think that they are of the lesser kind.
This is a history of hate, and abuse against woman, that in the minds of men think that being strong a maybe powerful, that money can buy and corrupt other people to do harm, to have a great satisfaction to destroy the life of many human beings including children that surround a woman, a mother with no remorse or regret knowingly delivering such a crucial pain to satisfy the needs to inflict pain on other people specially women, that in this case or history relate to men and a woman that have had intimate relation, and have created and bring to life a baby.
True stories about men, women and babies are created every day. some to be love other will be physically and mentally abuse, We as human beings are not perfect, We are created with millions of cells that makes us different, to be one of a kind, never the less we carry a very ugly and nasty genes that makes us be bad people, to have other people suffer to satisfy our own ego.
Never the less we are not perfect, but we do need to have respect for all mankind and specially for our beloved women that some have become to be our mothers, others our wives, or just girl friends.
This is a true story of a child that was born of a wed-lock, and the mother that dedicated ten years of the life of the child, a loving mother, always wanting the best schools, the best of cloths, and the best of care, suffered the pain and agony of and absent father, that denied freely to be the father of the child and his wishes were to have the mother have an abortion, rather than having to raise the child and to created a loving family, This man decided to destroy the happiness of mother and child, and to destroy himself as a human being denying himself the happiness that bring the birth of a child.
After the birth of the child, the father left town? abandoning the mother and the child to avoid any responsibility, and to denied fatherhood at all, and the aspect to be represented as poor manhood.

The years went by and the mother protagonist in this true story, work very hard against all odds, to raise her beloved child,, providing a good education, discipline and honesty and respect for all mankind.
The mother lived for the next 10 (ten) years a very happy life, enjoyed outdoors, picnics, and school's field trips, and continue to work hard for the well being of the child, every thing was going well, the life was at it's peak of enjoyment and happiness.
Growing myself fatherless, We ( a brother and my self ) have to work early in life, attending a public school sometimes barefooted to save the wear and tear of the hard acquired pair of shoes.
My mother a German immigrant suffer like any other people leaving in a foreign country, discrimination, poor wages, and most of all left alone taking care of twins and no help from a father that disappeared in the darkest hours of the night, for ever to comeback. As I recall there was no intention of a man to take away his children, boy or girl, from the mother in a dispute of separation or divorce, and no intention to do harm or to cause any despair or anguish on the children. Men just abandoned the household for ever to comeback. leaving a total responsibility to the mother to raise their child, to support them, and to the best of her abilities to send them to school and educated them to be able to face reality, the reality of leaving in a harsh and cruel world, but to some extent a very beautiful world.
There were hardships created between couples when children were born out of wedlock, but there were other ways to accommodate, and to seek some understanding to avoid any if there was sentimental behavior in the minds of children.
Women, were the main support of their own children, to take care of them, to feed them and to gave them a bath when the needs arise, on the contrary men were the strong, the one provided the means for food, but were always away from home, friends and bars, no men could see himself taking care of their own children, that was women's responsibility.
Times changed and another type of business flourished, "Father's Rights" was created, As I recall was the year 1999 or 2000 that this new rights took by surprise to many men , to discover and hear a new wave of information that make them believe that they could take away children from their mother in dispute cases of divorce or separation.
A totally twisted behavior, that make believe that they could take care of their children without the help of the mother, Men were the Soldiers that proudly defended our country, Men were the pioneers looking for new land, on to extend this territory, Men were to find new ways of live, to survive and to bring food to the table, never to engage in any maternal duties whatsoever.
What a surprise for many of them to discover that a way to take revenge against their woman, they could with any knowledge of loving support, dedication, and fully understand the needs of a child to embrace this new frontier, the frontier of the apron, and to create a false identity with his new acquire children. to inflict some sort of disillusion on children to see and to feel that " mom" was not around.
We live in a society that we take everything for granted despite adverse conditions, and the people as a way of make a living had pushed this rights to men and laws that support the theory that men are as able or better than women to raise children, to my dismay to far from the truth, no say that there are not good father out there, but dedication, discipline, courage to defend their children, sleepless nights, and all the chores that are required to keep and maintain a household are only supported by the Mother, although there would be some exceptions, They are all excellent, and efficient on their duties.
As I continue my true story, I want to help an Organization based in Arizona, " Vision of Hope " Organization that is run by the protagonist of my story and is fighting to bring fairness to a social life that involves not only Parents and Children but Government as well, although Government is the most resilient to change.

If you as a woman, think that having a child out of wedlock, meaning that you are not legally married, will be the only parent responsible for the support of the child, You might have a good job, you might be well educated, you are doing the best of your abilities to educate your child, and maybe you have been doing for some many years, that you may fall in the ironic belief, that the child belongs to you.
Be prepare for a big surprise, The other Parent, could be the nicest guy in town, a level headed individual, hard working man, with no intentions to do any harm to you or the child, Right? Wrong, when malefic minds team up with the other Parent to satisfy their needs of survival, and to create a steady income, get together in the name of “Doing our job” You the woman will be taking in a continuous roller coaster, you will be engage in one of the most outrage act inflicted on your life, on your own self esteem, on your own valuable judgment of life.
This arguments will not have any validity, because with do respect in the eyes of the professionals working together, You the women became to be the lesser kind, the ones that can be accused of many attributes that will demerit your well being, This people will seek and impose on you negative attributes, If you are not careful and strong to defend yourself, This people will create on you an estate of dementia, craziness, and the least that can happen to you will be two places, in jail, accused of abusing, mistreating your own children, or in the State Hospital. Chapter 3
The most beautiful years of a child were suddenly taken away when He knew that He was going to be taken away from the love of his mother, and into the hands of an unknown and unloved men that for the boy, was only a figure, a men with no name, someone that came ten years before and impregnated his mother, and now after constantly denying to be the father, to constantly requested the mother to have an abortion, constantly asserting himself that he was not going to recognize the boy as his.
The boy spent ten years with his loving mother, her only companion, doing what all the boys of the same age do, Laugh and Play, Learn and Study, He learn to love his mother and did a lots of chores around the house to help her on her daily routine as a working mother, and a the same time alleviate the pain, melancholy and perhaps a extreme sadness of being a fatherless boy, and to see his mother depressed all the time, by the exasperating phone calls of an insecure and childless attitude of a grown man, than insisted that the last name of the boy be taking away from the birth certificate.
As everybody now is a document providing official evidence of being legal, The boy hold for ten years father and mother names, until and after the father changed all records although not officially,(but coercion)of the boy to be known only with the father last name, and did all that it was to its reach to have the boy forget his past, his true family, mother, grandparents, cousins and uncles. An affair beyond any reasonable understanding of why so much hate, was coming from the father that portray himself as a good men, a men of principals and respectable in the eyes of coworkers as to made them believe that their support testifying negatively against the mother, will help him gain the case. Note: Coworkers and friends send letters, even knowing that their letters were a false testimony, given the reason that these witnesses never had knowledge, or relation of any kind with the mother.

chapter 4
March 8 2002, marked in the calendar of our lives as one of the darkest and cruel days in the history of the human race, at least concerning the happenings to the mother the protagonist of my story. When all the harmful (definition: to cause harm or pain to others) forces got together to inflict discomfort and extreme abuse upon the mother, knowing that her inability to defend herself will give them a sense of superiority and to provoke a disarray of actual mistreating to create a total physical and emotional destruction as to make her believe that she was in a state of dementia and not mentally coordinated, this harmful forces wanted and work together to destroy her life, her successful career as a Paralegal student, a total physical and moral damage. A report issue by a known SOCIAL WORKER working for a respectable Mormon Church hired to work together with the father to obtain illicit custody of the child, filed a report to the court favoring the father as a good men, stable and level headed, corrupting witnesses to spoke in his behalf.
The records show that the mother was never given a fair interview, and the father witnesses living in another state could not possible know the mother, to give a honest opinion about her, never the less their were coerced to lied in behalf of the father.
All the events taking place in this dispute was premeditated with all kind of lies and adverse arguments, going back in my story I want to mention that the father was absent for 10 years, with only few and not more than 5 visits made to his son, that at one point the same father wanted to have his own child be aborted?. A question that have puzzled the mother’s family for more than 15 years, What prompted the father after 10 years to take the child away from the legal mother’s custody. Perhaps the father sought to punish the mother for exercising her rights to obtain legal child support. What kind of men or father someone needs to be, as not to have any concern for the pain that was to be inflicted in his own son, not only for that critical moment that was about to happen, but for life, the boy was about to be taken away from his loving mother for ever. This “professionals” get together to create and disseminate false arguments to destroy the protagonist of my story, her own career and a total physical and moral destruction, to obliterate her totally. The attitude of this harmful forces with no remorse, to inflict pain and no concern for the trauma that their decisions will fall upon the mother and the child, this well manipulated arguments will give them the advantage to obtain the fruit of the monetary revenue that the people involve in this kind of works are about to get for many years to come, without looking back and feeling sorry for the harmful decisions that they have done, destroying the life, not only to one mother but a rainbow of woman, all color and races, young and old that fell in their ferocious and violent corrupted works, this are people who share a common professional activity and social background, with the intent to cause mental anguish and to defame women, infiltrating their circle of friends, school teachers, employers, acts that go from bad to worse, to make these women look in the eyes of this good people if they were actually monsters, mothers that abuse their children in all kind of forms, mental problems, sexually or physically abusing their children, to name just some of the classifications that women get, from the minds of this so call professionals, involve in gaining the custody of children for their clients the fathers.
A very painful, arrogant, and unethical decision made to cause suffering on the Heart, Soul and Body and the eternal life of the 10 year old boy, and all the boys and girls of this world, beautiful and plentiful of good people, but also full of malicious individuals that live in this planet only to cause pain and suffering, to all relatives of including all mothers, family, cousins, grandparents, uncles, and great grand parents to name a few.
Who could not remember the happiness and relationship that existed between mother and son, a life full of enjoyment, travel and education, provided only by the mother in the total absence of a would be father, a negligence on his behave, made him a not known father, only to be referred to, as who is he?, an unknown person in the eyes of the little boy, seeking for answers.
As the year 2002 roll, the 22nd day of March, suffer a terrible scare marked on it’s calendar pages, When my protagonist arrive at Court for what it seems to be just another child supporting issue, but it turned to be the most radical and cruel day in her life, a very painful one. Instead of hearing a solution on the paternity case, She the mother was hand-cuff, taken to jail, in that same instant with no formal written order, but scribbles in a piece of paper with the most ridiculous and unpredictable description to be a person of great risk.
The events that took place that day, if known to many people would it cause a riot against Court decisions, events that were far from the truth and respect for the Law, events like this if known will shock the world, seeking for answers?. The resulting act to follow was premeditated to extremes beyond normal people or imagination, that afternoon, Three Police officers arrived at the protagonist address expecting to find some sort of family dispute, they were giving orders to go inside the house looking for a 10 year old boy, that scare and afraid was hiding in one of the rooms, grandma was in charge of supervising the boy and prepared him to be pickup by the Policemen that up to this date they ignored why they were sent to pickup the boy and delivered to the father waiting outside in a park car, with two other people, the father of the father an a woman that later became to be stepmother.
In a recollection of facts, the boy or child was taken out the house without shoes and good clothes, The boy cried with his eyes full of tears and facing the policemen told them that he did not wanted to go with the people waiting outside, and that the man waiting outside was not his father, very assertive, to say the least a man that had causing so much pain to his mother, and now he sent her to jail, to have open doors and to freely and cowardly abstract the boy from his mother’s home. Was in the mind of the boy the most irrational behavior, why the father did not have the guts to approach the boy and requested him to go with him, after all he was the father, although reluctant to believe that he actually was the father until this was proved true years later, after some test taken against his will.
That afternoon the sky turned dark and hostile, the boy had left the house without any hope to say good bye to his mother or to have a conversation with her about the happenings that was taking place that same day.
MOTHER SPENT THE AFTERNOON AND PART OF THE EVENING IN JAIL, and was not able to say goodbye to her beloved son and or to protect him against the men that for many years did not care to visit his own Son, and now he was coming to take him away for ever, denying the mother's rights to see her son again.
Chapter 5
As the Years went by, The legal fight continue and it gets uglier and uglier, the malign forces kept interfering in the legal process to legally gave mother the right to see her Son.
Mother continue asking the courts to open new motions, indicating exactly what the Law said about her legal rights were, but over and over the Legal System, putted her down, denying her rights as a mother and able to see her Son, Lawyer, Father, Social workers involved in protecting their Client (Father). the power or authority that comes from wealth, social status, or position influenced The Courts to denied her rights and give them the option to see a Professional in Psychology as we all know what this means; a professional who studies behavior and experience, and who is licensed to provide therapeutic services or to work in an academic setting. But what we do not know is their integrity and respect for the individual being studied, and if their findings will be honest and not be influenced by the other parties involved in this case, intimidated in most of this circumstances as to lose their license or not being able to find work if this entities does not follow the program.
So what was wrong with the Mother, Time after Time for as long as 7 Years her rights were denied, was not she morally justified and correct, and why the legal system did not found her consistent with generally held ideas and morality and proper conduct, and kept day after day, year after year, Judges after Judges, denied her rights.
Rights that had been clearly written for the Courts to have a base for their decisions related to child custody. Books written by illustrious and honest hard working individuals implemented Institution like National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges Family Violence Department, Published a book called the Green Book, 133 pages of information and recommendations. We the regular citizen involved in this affair we can see that all individuals actually make decisions base in their own beliefs and their own routine of work, why think more than what we know already?, are not ourselves used to do things the same way over and over?. Yes of course but we are not employed to supervise the well being of our community, to protect the children, and their families.
Chapter 6
Day after Day, Week after Week, Month after Month, Year after Year, The Mother of the child taken away from her, without a justify reason, walk the isles of the Superior Courts filing motions, after motions to get her child back to her from the illegal custody that was given to the father, an individual that did not care for the child himself but thrown into the also illegal ante the law stepmother, This child was denied proper care, every day the child was sent to the street to wait for the school bus in days of cruel winter time, As we must we remember that the child was no older than 10 years. As we recall seen the boy later as a request to the court from the grandparents, he was a skinny boy, no shoes, no socks, and if he had any they had holes at the toes, dirty and old. Signs of a terrible and careless negligence, after all the child was not love in the father’s house, but rather held by the so call father as a vengeance against the mother for having to pay child support, We must remember that the mother was completely denied to see the child, and ordered under the courts orders, That for her to see her own and truly child, She will have to travel to Georgia and see her child under supervision from the so call “ Stepmother” that is and has been not been up to this time recognized by any Court or Family counselors as a qualified person to take care of a child that is not of her own. To the most outrageous and inconceivable, mind blowing, ludicrous, actions of the Court of not having the respect for the laws that involve Children Custody, The decisions of the court cause more harm than good in the life of a child and her mother, ignoring the pain and suffering that their decisions inflicted on the mother and child will last for a long time. Remember here that the mother was denied to see her own child, meaning that the child will live with his “father” for many years to come until the child reach his adult Age.
Clearly we can see that decisions of the Courts are based on friendship, comrade, Profession, favoritism and hate for the persons involved in this cases, that in one way or another try to demonstrate what the written laws said and how to be interpreted.
Clearly we can see that Lawyers in this cases only do their job, as was stated by the Lawyer itself involve in this case, ignoring the consequences of his total destructive actions in protecting his client, the one that paid for his services on this case is the “father.” And where the third and perhaps the most important individual that acts irrational, and with poor mentality becomes the most unethical and destructive human being, The Social Worker, in my story this personage is real, a social worker that made the Courts believe that He was an expert in family matters surpassing the knowledge of a true qualified Psychologist. This personage fouled the courts in making them believe that his studies were real and licensed to advice and recommend who should keep the custody of the child. This man was just a low class citizen working for a respected Mormon church a “Social Worker.” This individual saw the opportunity given by the person that hired him in this case, to conduct testimonies from witnesses appointed by the father that were totally false, but were declared to be true testimonies and presenting them to the court as genuine.
This social worker presented testimonies from the father’s friends, and family, demonstrating that the mother was a no good mother, and many other embarrassment comments as to cause the mother a humiliating loss of status, self-esteem, and reputation. This witnesses living in a State of Georgia, and others in the State of California, never had a conversation face to face or knowledge about who the mother was, and totally ignored that their testimonies would cause so much pain in the life of the child the mother and grandparents of the child, uncles, aunts, and cousins, for many years to come, if I fell short in my assessment this will be for life.
This social worker totally ignored his ethical if any, functions and his duty as his job required to also interview the mother, totally neglected to see her, and hear her side of this dilemma, and to be recognized as a good mother, fair thinking, and dynamic woman, that as I mentioned earlier She did raise the child for 10 years, from birth to the tenth anniversary of the child.
This social worker had been coerced to make up something that was not true, a false document presented to the court that will favored the father, and force the court upon his false recommendation to give total custody of the child.
But were this social worker obtain or acquired his overnight “knowledge” to have the ability to destroy lives of countless families that had the misfortune to fall under his sleeves and to loose their families upon recommendations of the most unethical personage in the history of mankind.
About 20 years ago a man named Dr. Richard Gartner, invented the Theory, so call “ Parental Alienation Syndrome” His theory was that He could lead children that were involved in custody cases to falsely accuse a parent of abuse, mistreating, and further more his indicative and wrong theory taught around the world, showed how to conceive allegations against mothers, logically his teachings were used by Lawyers and social workers and many psychologists to undermine the women trustworthiness in family courts.
Upon Dr. Richard Gartner theory, many individuals followed his teachings, and become very reach, applying his theory, to the expense of pain and suffering and sometimes death in a mother life.
Dr. Richard Gartner realized the tremendous damage has cause to all mothers, children and all mankind that he could not resist the agony of seen families destroy children, and mothers.

Dr. Gartner, with his erroneous and ”how to” destroy family lives seminars, with his idiotic ideas and the individuals that followed him showed a lack of good sense or intelligence.
From the interviews or studies done about Dr. Richard Gardener, I have no knowledge that an intensive search for the Women affected by Dr. Richard Gardner and his theories have made.
Thanks to God that a woman is still alive and trying to endure the suffering and pain inflicted to her and Her Son by his theories applied by the monster social worker, that left not only scars on her hearth and in her soul, but also mind decline, created by this monster social worker of families destruction, He called himself Psychologist and fool everybody with his false title.
She is a live witness of the horror and cruelty committed on her, by the social worker that implemented Dr. Richard Gardner’s theories and file with the Court the most destructive assumptions, the belief that something is true without having any proof. A great and fundamental mistake taken by the court was to believe and give credit to his false report, which fooled everybody to believe that his report done on my protagonist and the father’s family and friends were true. What resulted by this filing ended on my protagonist, ordered by the court, to lose the custody of her child. Remember that in paragraphs above, I mentioned that all this interviews were not genuine and were not done with present individuals and or witnesses.

The years went by and the mother protagonist in this true story, work very hard against all odds, to raise her beloved child,, providing a good education, discipline and honesty and respect for all mankind.
The mother lived for the next 10 (ten) years a very happy life, enjoyed outdoors, picnics, and school's field trips, and continue to work hard for the well being of the child, every thing was going well, the life was at it's peak of enjoyment and happiness.
Growing myself fatherless, We ( a brother and my self ) have to work early in life, attending a public school sometimes barefooted to save the wear and tear of the hard acquired pair of shoes.
My mother a German immigrant suffer like any other people leaving in a foreign country, discrimination, poor wages, and most of all left alone taking care of twins and no help from a father that disappeared in the darkest hours of the night, for ever to comeback. As I recall there was no intention of a man to take away his children, boy or girl, from the mother in a dispute of separation or divorce, and no intention to do harm or to cause any despair or anguish on the children. Men just abandoned the household for ever to comeback. leaving a total responsibility to the mother to raise their child, to support them, and to the best of her abilities to send them to school and educated them to be able to face reality, the reality of leaving in a harsh and cruel world, but to some extent a very beautiful world.
There were hardships created between couples when children were born out of wedlock, but there were other ways to accommodate, and to seek some understanding to avoid any if there was sentimental behavior in the minds of children.
Women, were the main support of their own children, to take care of them, to feed them and to gave them a bath when the needs arise, on the contrary men were the strong, the one provided the means for food, but were always away from home, friends and bars, no men could see himself taking care of their own children, that was women's responsibility.
Times changed and another type of business flourished, "Father's Rights" was created, As I recall was the year 1999 or 2000 that this new rights took by surprise to many men , to discover and hear a new wave of information that make them believe that they could take away children from their mother in dispute cases of divorce or separation.
A totally twisted behavior, that make believe that they could take care of their children without the help of the mother, Men were the Soldiers that proudly defended our country, Men were the pioneers looking for new land, on to extend this territory, Men were to find new ways of live, to survive and to bring food to the table, never to engage in any maternal duties whatsoever.
What a surprise for many of them to discover that a way to take revenge against their woman, they could with any knowledge of loving support, dedication, and fully understand the needs of a child to embrace this new frontier, the frontier of the apron, and to create a false identity with his new acquire children. to inflict some sort of disillusion on children to see and to feel that " mom" was not around.
We live in a society that we take everything for granted despite adverse conditions, and the people as a way of make a living had pushed this rights to men and laws that support the theory that men are as able or better than women to raise children, to my dismay to far from the truth, no say that there are not good father out there, but dedication, discipline, courage to defend their children, sleepless nights, and all the chores that are required to keep and maintain a household are only supported by the Mother, although there would be some exceptions, They are all excellent, and efficient on their duties.

If you as a woman, think that having a child out of wedlock, meaning that you are not legally married, will be the only parent responsible for the support of the child, You might have a good job, you might be well educated, you are doing the best of your abilities to educate your child, and maybe you have been doing for some many years, that you may fall in the ironic belief, that the child belongs to you.
Be prepare for a big surprise, The other Parent, could be the nicest guy in town, a level headed individual, hard working man, with no intentions to do any harm to you or the child, Right? Wrong, when malefic minds team up with the other Parent to satisfy their needs of survival, and to create a steady income, get together in the name of “Doing our job” You the woman will be taking in a continuous roller coaster, you will be engage in one of the most outrage act inflicted on your life, on your own self esteem, on your own valuable judgment of life.

Chapter 3
The most beautiful years of a child were suddenly taken away when He knew that He was going to be taken away from the love of his mother, and into the hands of an unknown and unloved men that for the boy, was only a figure, a men with no name, someone that came ten years before and impregnated his mother, and now after constantly denying to be the father, to constantly requested the mother to have an abortion, constantly asserting himself that he was not going to recognize the boy as his.
The boy spent ten years with his loving mother, her only companion, doing what all the boys of the same age do, Laugh and Play, Learn and Study, He learn to love his mother and did a lots of chores around the house to help her on her daily routine as a working mother, and a the same time alleviate the pain, melancholy and perhaps a extreme sadness of being a fatherless boy, and to see his mother depressed all the time, by the exasperating phone calls of an insecure and childless attitude of a grown man, than insisted that the last name of the boy be taking away from the birth certificate.
As everybody now is a document providing official evidence of being legal, The boy hold for ten years father and mother names, until and after the father changed all records although not officially,(but coercion)of the boy to be known only with the father last name, and did all that it was to its reach to have the boy forget his past, his true family, mother, grandparents, cousins and uncles. An affair beyond any reasonable understanding of why so much hate, was coming from the father that portray himself as a good men, a men of principals and respectable in the eyes of coworkers as to made them believe that their support testifying negatively against the mother, will help him gain the case. Note: Coworkers and friends send letters, even knowing that their letters were a false testimony, given the reason that these witnesses never had knowledge, or relation of any kind with the mother.

chapter 4
March 8 2002, marked in the calendar of our lives as one of the darkest and cruel days in the history of the human race, at least concerning the happenings to the mother the protagonist of my story. When all the harmful (definition: to cause harm or pain to others) forces got together to inflict discomfort and extreme abuse upon the mother, knowing that her inability to defend herself will give them a sense of superiority and to provoke a disarray of actual mistreating to create a total physical and emotional destruction as to make her believe that she was in a state of dementia and not mentally coordinated, this harmful forces wanted and work together to destroy her life, her successful career as a Paralegal student, a total physical and moral damage. A report issue by a known SOCIAL WORKER working for a respectable Mormon Church hired to work together with the father to obtain illicit custody of the child, filed a report to the court favoring the father as a good men, stable and level headed, corrupting witnesses to spoke in his behalf.
The records show that the mother was never given a fair interview, and the father witnesses living in another state could not possible know the mother, to give a honest opinion about her, never the less their were coerced to lied in behalf of the father.
All the events taking place in this dispute was premeditated with all kind of lies and adverse arguments, going back in my story I want to mention that the father was absent for 10 years, with only few and not more than 5 visits made to his son, that at one point the same father wanted to have his own child be aborted?. A question that have puzzled the mother’s family for more than 15 years, What prompted the father after 10 years to take the child away from the legal mother’s custody. Perhaps the father sought to punish the mother for exercising her rights to obtain legal child support. What kind of men or father someone needs to be, as not to have any concern for the pain that was to be inflicted in his own son, not only for that critical moment that was about to happen, but for life, the boy was about to be taken away from his loving mother for ever. This “professionals” get together to create and disseminate false arguments to destroy the protagonist of my story, her own career and a total physical and moral destruction, to obliterate her totally. The attitude of this harmful forces with no remorse, to inflict pain and no concern for the trauma that their decisions will fall upon the mother and the child, this well manipulated arguments will give them the advantage to obtain the fruit of the monetary revenue that the people involve in this kind of works are about to get for many years to come, without looking back and feeling sorry for the harmful decisions that they have done, destroying the life, not only to one mother but a rainbow of woman, all color and races, young and old that fell in their ferocious and violent corrupted works, this are people who share a common professional activity and social background, with the intent to cause mental anguish and to defame women, infiltrating their circle of friends, school teachers, employers, acts that go from bad to worse, to make these women look in the eyes of this good people if they were actually monsters, mothers that abuse their children in all kind of forms, mental problems, sexually or physically abusing their children, to name just some of the classifications that women get, from the minds of this so call professionals, involve in gaining the custody of children for their clients the fathers.
A very painful, arrogant, and unethical decision made to cause suffering on the Heart, Soul and Body and the eternal life of the 10 year old boy, and all the boys and girls of this world, beautiful and plentiful of good people, but also full of malicious individuals that live in this planet only to cause pain and suffering, to all relatives of including all mothers, family, cousins, grandparents, uncles, and great grand parents to name a few.
Who could not remember the happiness and relationship that existed between mother and son, a life full of enjoyment, travel and education, provided only by the mother in the total absence of a would be father, a negligence on his behave, made him a not known father, only to be referred to, as who is he?, an unknown person in the eyes of the little boy, seeking for answers.
As the year 2002 roll, the 22nd day of March, suffer a terrible scare marked on it’s calendar pages, When my protagonist arrive at Court for what it seems to be just another child supporting issue, but it turned to be the most radical and cruel day in her life, a very painful one. Instead of hearing a solution on the paternity case, She the mother was hand-cuff, taken to jail, in that same instant with no formal written order, but scribbles in a piece of paper with the most ridiculous and unpredictable description to be a person of great risk.
The events that took place that day, if known to many people would it cause a riot against Court decisions, events that were far from the truth and respect for the Law, events like this if known will shock the world, seeking for answers?. The resulting act to follow was premeditated to extremes beyond normal people or imagination, that afternoon, Three Police officers arrived at the protagonist address expecting to find some sort of family dispute, they were giving orders to go inside the house looking for a 10 year old boy, that scare and afraid was hiding in one of the rooms, grandma was in charge of supervising the boy and prepared him to be pickup by the Policemen that up to this date they ignored why they were sent to pickup the boy and delivered to the father waiting outside in a park car, with two other people, the father of the father an a woman that later became to be stepmother.
In a recollection of facts, the boy or child was taken out the house without shoes and good clothes, The boy cried with his eyes full of tears and facing the policemen told them that he did not wanted to go with the people waiting outside, and that the man waiting outside was not his father, very assertive, to say the least a man that had causing so much pain to his mother, and now he sent her to jail, to have open doors and to freely and cowardly abstract the boy from his mother’s home. Was in the mind of the boy the most irrational behavior, why the father did not have the guts to approach the boy and requested him to go with him, after all he was the father, although reluctant to believe that he actually was the father until this was proved true years later, after some test taken against his will.
That afternoon the sky turned dark and hostile, the boy had left the house without any hope to say good bye to his mother or to have a conversation with her about the happenings that was taking place that same day.
MOTHER SPENT THE AFTERNOON AND PART OF THE EVENING IN JAIL, and was not able to say goodbye to her beloved son and or to protect him against the men that for many years did not care to visit his own Son, and now he was coming to take him away for ever, denying the mother's rights to see her son again.
Chapter 5
As the Years went by, The legal fight continue and it gets uglier and uglier, the malign forces kept interfering in the legal process to legally gave mother the right to see her Son.
Mother continue asking the courts to open new motions, indicating exactly what the Law said about her legal rights were, but over and over the Legal System, putted her down, denying her rights as a mother and able to see her Son, Lawyer, Father, Social workers involved in protecting their Client (Father). the power or authority that comes from wealth, social status, or position influenced The Courts to denied her rights and give them the option to see a Professional in Psychology as we all know what this means; a professional who studies behavior and experience, and who is licensed to provide therapeutic services or to work in an academic setting. But what we do not know is their integrity and respect for the individual being studied, and if their findings will be honest and not be influenced by the other parties involved in this case, intimidated in most of this circumstances as to lose their license or not being able to find work if this entities does not follow the program.
So what was wrong with the Mother, Time after Time for as long as 7 Years her rights were denied, was not she morally justified and correct, and why the legal system did not found her consistent with generally held ideas and morality and proper conduct, and kept day after day, year after year, Judges after Judges, denied her rights.
Rights that had been clearly written for the Courts to have a base for their decisions related to child custody. Books written by illustrious and honest hard working individuals implemented Institution like National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges Family Violence Department, Published a book called the Green Book, 133 pages of information and recommendations. That tried to make sense in Courts decisions to stop the destruction of families and children. As we can clearly see all this books and regulations have not been read or have been ignored. We the regular citizen involved in this affair we can see that all individuals actually make decisions base in their own beliefs and their own routine of work, why think more than what we know already?, are not ourselves used to do things the same way over and over?. Yes of course but we are not employed to supervise the well being of our community, to protect the children, and their families.
Chapter 6
Day after Day, Week after Week, Month after Month, Year after Year, The Mother of the child taken away from her, without a justify reason, walk the isles of the Superior Courts filing motions, after motions to get her child back to her from the illegal custody that was given to the father, an individual that did not care for the child himself but thrown into the also illegal ante the law stepmother, This child was denied proper care, every day the child was sent to the street to wait for the school bus in days of cruel winter time, As we must we remember that the child was no older than 10 years. As we recall seen the boy later as a request to the court from the grandparents, he was a skinny boy, no shoes, no socks, and if he had any they had holes at the toes, dirty and old. Signs of a terrible and careless negligence, after all the child was not love in the father’s house, but rather held by the so call father as a vengeance against the mother for having to pay child support, We must remember that the mother was completely denied to see the child, and ordered under the courts orders, That for her to see her own and truly child, She will have to travel to Georgia and see her child under supervision from the so call “ Stepmother” that is and has been not been up to this time recognized by any Court or Family counselors as a qualified person to take care of a child that is not of her own. To the most outrageous and inconceivable, mind blowing, ludicrous, actions of the Court of not having the respect for the laws that involve Children Custody, The decisions of the court cause more harm than good in the life of a child and her mother, ignoring the pain and suffering that their decisions inflicted on the mother and child will last for a long time. Remember here that the mother was denied to see her own child, meaning that the child will live with his “father” for many years to come until the child reach his adult Age.
Clearly we can see that decisions of the Courts are based on friendship, comrade, Profession, favoritism and hate for the persons involved in this cases, that in one way or another try to demonstrate what the written laws said and how to be interpreted.
Clearly we can see that Lawyers in this cases only do their job, as was stated by the Lawyer itself involve in this case, ignoring the consequences of his total destructive actions in protecting his client, the one that paid for his services on this case is the “father.” And where the third and perhaps the most important individual that acts irrational, and with poor mentality becomes the most unethical and destructive human being, The Social Worker, in my story this personage is real, a social worker that made the Courts believe that He was an expert in family matters surpassing the knowledge of a true qualified Psychologist. This personage fouled the courts in making them believe that his studies were real and licensed to advice and recommend who should keep the custody of the child. This man was just a low class citizen working for a respected Mormon church a “Social Worker.” This individual saw the opportunity given by the person that hired him in this case, to conduct testimonies from witnesses appointed by the father that were totally false, but were declared to be true testimonies and presenting them to the court as genuine.
This social worker presented testimonies from the father’s friends, and family, demonstrating that the mother was a no good mother, and many other embarrassment comments as to cause the mother a humiliating loss of status, self-esteem, and reputation. This witnesses living in a State of Georgia, and others in the State of California, never had a conversation face to face or knowledge about who the mother was, and totally ignored that their testimonies would cause so much pain in the life of the child the mother and grandparents of the child, uncles, aunts, and cousins, for many years to come, if I fell short in my assessment this will be for life.
This social worker totally ignored his ethical if any, functions and his duty as his job required to also interview the mother, totally neglected to see her, and hear her side of this dilemma, and to be recognized as a good mother, fair thinking, and dynamic woman, that as I mentioned earlier She did raise the child for 10 years, from birth to the tenth anniversary of the child.
This social worker had been coerced to make up something that was not true, a false document presented to the court that will favored the father, and force the court upon his false recommendation to give total custody of the child.
But were this social worker obtain or acquired his overnight “knowledge” to have the ability to destroy lives of countless families that had the misfortune to fall under his sleeves and to loose their families upon recommendations of the most unethical personage in the history of mankind.
About 20 years ago a man named Dr. Richard Gartner, invented the Theory, so call “ Parental Alienation Syndrome” His theory was that He could lead children that were involved in custody cases to falsely accuse a parent of abuse, mistreating, and further more his indicative and wrong theory taught around the world, showed how to conceive allegations against mothers, logically his teachings were used by Lawyers and social workers and many psychologists to undermine the women trustworthiness in family courts.
Upon Dr. Richard Gartner theory, many individuals followed his teachings, and become very reach, applying his theory, to the expense of pain and suffering and sometimes death in a mother life.
Dr. Richard Gartner realized the tremendous damage has cause to all mothers, children and all mankind that he could not resist the agony of seen families destroy children, and mothers.

This new program from Garland Waller, the producer of the award-winning Small Justice: Little Justice in America's Family Courts, is designed to stimulate discussion and to help experts understand the controversy surrounding "Parental Alienation Syndrome," a theory invented by Dr. Richard Gardner that is misleading at best, and dangerous and damaging at worst.

Dr. Gartner, with his erroneous and ”how to” destroy family lives seminars, with his idiotic ideas and the individuals that followed him showed a lack of good sense or intelligence.
From the interviews or studies done about Dr. Richard Gardener, I have no knowledge that an intensive search for the Women affected by Dr. Richard Gardner and his theories have made.
Thanks to God that a woman is still alive and trying to endure the suffering and pain inflicted to her and Her Son by his theories applied by the monster social worker, that left not only scars on her hearth and in her soul, but also mind decline, created by this monster social worker of families destruction, He called himself Psychologist and fool everybody with his false title.
She is a live witness of the horror and cruelty committed on her, by the social worker that implemented Dr. Richard Gardner’s theories and file with the Court the most destructive assumptions, the belief that something is true without having any proof. A great and fundamental mistake taken by the court was to believe and give credit to his false report, which fooled everybody to believe that his report done on my protagonist and the father’s family and friends were true. What resulted by this filing ended on my protagonist, ordered by the court, to lose the custody of her child. Remember that in paragraphs above, I mentioned that all this interviews were not genuine and were not done with present individuals and or witnesses.
